Golden State Water would like to reassure customers that the water they receive is safe to drink and meets all state and federal health and safety standards.
In an effort to protect customers and employees from the spread of COVID-19, Golden State Water will temporarily close public access to all local customer service offices, including drop payment services, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020. The offices are expected to remain closed through April 30, 2020.
During the temporary closure period, customers will still have 24-hour access to speak with knowledgeable customer service representatives by phone (800.999.4033) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Golden State Water offers multiple options for customers to pay their bills online, by phone, via mail and in-person with cash at participating KUBRA-EZ PAY retail locations. To learn more about the different payment options, please visit our Payment Options website.
Golden State Water is implementing a temporary moratorium on residential service disconnections for non-payment due to financial hardships until the COVID-19 situation is stabilized.
