Circle Park Project

The project entails the renovation of Circle Park. The park is a four-acre neighborhood park located on Garfield Avenue between the Rio Hondo River and homes along Karmont Avenue. The renovation entails a newly paved parking lot, new park lighting, new hardscaping, such as large boulders, synthetic turf, new irrigation system, landscaping, trash receptacles, benches, and picnic tables. It also includes a new playground, basketball court, pickle ball court, futsal court and shade structures. The construction on the park began on September 16, 2024, and it is about 10% complete.  It is anticipated that the construction on the park will finish in March or April of 2025.
