South Gate Police Department Air Conditioner Replacement

The project involves replacement of the HVAC system at the South Gate Police Department. The system is aged, has regular issues that require maintenance, and does not have the capacity to serve the existing building during summer months. The construction of the HVAC system was recently bid on, however, the bid received was extremely cost prohibitive. Therefore, the City has elected to move to a “Fix It” approach which would provide similar results but at a substantial cost savings to the City. The City is currently working with Honeywell to replace the aged units with like units or larger.
